Errors Downloading Visuals

Hi Everyone,

Sometimes I get emails saying there is a problem downloading or opening the files from the website. The most common reason for this is the person's computer may not have the software needed to open the files. All the visuals are in a format called "PDF" and need a software program called Adobe Reader to open them. Adobe Reader is usually pre-loaded on both Apple and Windows computers but sometimes it may not be.
If you don't have it installed you can download and install Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe Website here.
If you know your computer does have Adobe Reader installed you also need to make sure it is version 6.0 or higher.
If you still have a problem then please by all means email me with the type of error you are getting and I'll try and find a solution (even if I have to print the visuals myself and post them to you).
